liblog-dispatch-array-perl software package provides module to log events to an array (reference), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblog-dispatch-array-perl
liblog-dispatch-array-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblog-dispatch-array-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblog-dispatch-array-perl *
